Vitamin B2, B6 und B12 tragen zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel bei. Vitamin B2 trägt zu einem normalen Eisenstoffwechsel bei. Vitamin B6 und B12 tragen zu einem normalen Homocystein-Stoffwechsel und Vitamin B6 zu einem normalen Eiweiß- und Glycogenstoffwechsel bei. Chrom trägt zu einem normalen Stoffwechsel von Makronährstoffen bei.
Verzehrempfehlung:
